POPCAT already owns one of the internet’s simplest and strongest interactions, but its public identity is fragmented across a minimal clicker, a separate About site, stale market profiles, and a suspended former X account. The project needs one resilient first-party home where the community can verify the current identity, contract, story, and market routes.
